Yes. Besides fines, Team Cash also tracks member fees to the team treasury — set the amounts, players pay by QR code and everyone sees who has paid. Fees can even have their own bank account if your team keeps two funds. Fee tracking is part of the PRO plan.

Yes. Besides fines and player payments, you can record expenses from the fund, like new balls, pitch rental or the referee's fee, and income such as bank interest, donations or sponsor money. Each deposit and withdrawal has an amount, a date and a note on what it was for. The fund balance then shows what's really there, and players' debts stay unchanged. Players can see in the app how much is in the fund and what the money went on. Team admins record them, and it works on the free plan too.
